   Deposit: $350 per person
   Due: October 30, 2025
   This deposit is non-refundable and secures your room preference on a first-come, first-

served basis.

  • 50% of total payment due by April 30, 2026
  • 75% of total payment due by August 30, 2026
  • Final balance due by December 15, 2026
  • Cancel before 4/30/26: deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancel 5/1/26–8/30/26: 25% of total is non-refundable
  • Cancel 9/1/26–2/28/27: 50% of total is non-refundable
  • Cancel on or after 3/1/27: 100% of total is non-refundable and non-transferable

Prices vary by room view (jungle/garden or oceanfront) and occupancy (single/double/triple).

Yes! You can indicate your roommate preferences during registration. Room assignment is based
on availability and first-come, first-served preference.

Yes. Ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months beyond your travel dates (through
December 2027).
