Deposit: $350 per person
Due: October 30, 2025
This deposit is non-refundable and secures your room preference on a first-come, first-
served basis.
- 50% of total payment due by April 30, 2026
- 75% of total payment due by August 30, 2026
- Final balance due by December 15, 2026
- Cancel before 4/30/26: deposit is non-refundable
- Cancel 5/1/26–8/30/26: 25% of total is non-refundable
- Cancel 9/1/26–2/28/27: 50% of total is non-refundable
- Cancel on or after 3/1/27: 100% of total is non-refundable and non-transferable
